Well we discussed a lot in our team, most of us can't this sunday for some reasons so we ask to play it saturday if you agree. Best for us would be 19:00 if saturday.

Little bit late to say that Saturday isn't possible don't you think? You could have told us sooner...
One last option is to play on Monday evening because according to the rules we have until monday 11:59 CET to post the results.

No i dont think so. On every tournament we have time till friday to arrange the match. Sorry but it is impossible to play at saturday evening... all of us have other activites, work etc I think Monday will be possible, i will give u the answer asap

ps is saturday but 2h later - 21.00 possible? Monday is not possible for us because of work :/ if not saturday after 21 we will be forced to play default time.
